I got a call on Saturday from a friend in the Hendersonville area. She said that she heard that a lady near her was re-homing her whippet because her and her other dog were not getting along. She asked me if I was interested in the whippet and I said yes, of course. I talked to the lady and she brought her to my house on Sunday to see if she got along with my dogs. She determined that it was a good fit and I told her that I would keep her for a few days to make sure it worked. So, I said "foster" because I wasn't quite sure if I was going to keep her earlier this week. Although I NEVER thought I would have 5 dogs in my house, she is staying. I can't let her go.

She is adorable!! I just got your PM, and responded. I haven't been on much lately because I switched to Firefox and for SOME REASON Frustrated

Firefox won't accept my login......So I don't get around to opening IE much anymore.....
So, how is she working out??

We love Sweetheart so much... she has been a wonderful addition to the family. Her 11th birthday is tomorrow! The bad news is that I am afraid she may have cancer Sad

She has many small hard knots on her body. They may be nothing but we are going to get her checked out on Wednesday just to be sure. Please keep her in your prayers......

He looked at all the places I thought were questionable and he thinks they are just warts and he doesn't think there is any reason to have them tested. He said that when she has her next dental, he could snip them off while she is already under anesthesia but he doesn't see a reason to do it before then.
